With a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community, We at Roots are dedicated to doing our part in preserving our planet and being an industry leader for Innovative, Cutting Edge Brewing. Organics are foods produced without the use of chemicals or pesticides. We use only the finest Organic or Natural products, including growing most of our organic produce throughout the summer for use in our Pub! We are committed to Sustainable Business Practices, including, buying locally and using organic ingredients when ever possible. By supporting Organic Farming, we help provide a healthier way of living for both us and the planet. Roots’ Recycling and Composting program has reduced our trash output by 98%. We also use all Recyclable and Biodegradable products, such as our take out containers, napkins, and other paper products, from kitchen, pub, to office. For events we use Cornstarch, Biodegradable
utensils, plates and cups.

The simple satisfaction that comes from a jewel-sized treat is undeniably rich. At Two Tarts, we create an array of artisan “pint-sized” cookies for your enjoyment. Ingredients are sourced locally and organically whenever possible. Green business practices are important to us as well, as evidenced by our packaging.

Famous for their girth, Voodoo doughnuts are made fresh with love and care.

People have talked about Voodoo Doughnut in Tibet, on Easter Island, Japan has some stylish folks sporting the latest Voodoo underpants, and friends have shared a buttermilk bar in Tanzania. I’m sure some corners of the globe have yet to be penetrated.
